Storage Section:
The grain silo is widely used in storing grain such as wheat, corn, maize, rice, paddy, malt, barley, soybean,etc.
(This part is optional if there is no need to store)
Cleaning Section:
To ensure the flour Quality and the working life of the mill by removing the impurities in the wheat before go to mill.
This part includes:
Vibrating Separator / Gravity Grading Destoner / Rotary Flat Sifter / Horizontal Wheat Scourer / Magnetic Separator.
Milling Section:
To mill the wheat and separate the flour and bran until get the finished wheat flour.
Product Application:
The machine uses the high-speed relative motion of the active fluted disc and the fixed fluted disc to impact and crush the raw matreial.
The different size of granules can be acquired by changing different screen.
The whole machine is designed according to GMP standard and is made of stainless steel.The machine has the advantages of simple structure,low energy consumption,easy cleaning and is an ideal crushing equipment.
