Mini sunflower oil refining machine for refining crude sunflower oil into product oil

Refining for sunflower oil is an essential process for a complete sunflower oil production line (/Sunflower_oil_production/sunflower_oil_production_line_26.html) because there are still some impurities such as phospholipids, FFA, pigment, bad smell, and wax etc. in the crude oil.

Sunflower oil refining process is a complex process which includes degumming process, deacidification process, decolorization process, deodorization process. and dewaxing process. For mini type refinery machine, we have capacity 1-10tpd, nomally customer will choose batch edible oil refinery (/batch_type_edible_oil_refinery/batch_type_edible_oil_refinery_plant_557.html).

The whole process for sunflower oil refinery plant (/Sunflower_oil_refinery/) is below:

(1) Degumming and deacidification: Pump crude edible oil into refining tank and heat with conduction oil, and the temperature will reach about 70°C-80°C after one hour. Add acid or alkali to separate according to the acid value. After one hour's processing and 4-6hours settlement, then convey soap stock to storage tank.

(2) Decolorization: Pump refined oil into decoloring tank. When it is up to 90-110°C after one hour's heating, take out the water out of the crude oil, and then add white clay into tank for 20min's processing. Then separate white clay and oil with plate filter.

(3)Deodourization: Put decolorizing oil into deodorization tank with vacuum pump. Heat and process with steam for taking away bad smell. After safety filter machine, you will get final refined oil product.

(4)Dewaxing: The presence of wax makes the oil appear cloudy at room temperature. The oil normally becomes cloudy in 5–6h but with proper dewaxing the oil remains clear after 24h of storage at 0˚ we will heat them to break the cell , cool them and then use filter to separate them to get clear refined oil.
