These fine stainless steel filter mesh are ideally suited for use in applications where you need high strength, chemical resistant filter mesh screen to filter through. They stand up well to heat, cold, chemicals, solvents, liquids, and even sand and filter media. In fact, it's the same material we use to build all of our stainless steel filters! They're made from stainless steel and are available in a wide variety of sizes.

Material: AISI304, AISI 304 L, AISI 316, AISI 316 L etc.

Weave Type: Plain weave, Twilled weave, Plain dutch weave, Twilled dutch Weave, Reverse dutch weave.

Performance : Corrosion-resisting, Wear-resisting, Tear-resisting. 

Uses: Mainly used for Separation and Filtration,  extensively used in petroleum, chemical industry,

environment protection, mine, airspace, paper-making, electronic, metallurgy etc.Widely used for water, air,liquid filter.

Special size and specification are available according to customers requirement.

Normal mesh size:

Plain weave: 0.5X0.5mesh to 635X635 mesh;

Twill weave:20x20mesh to 400x400mesh;

Plain dutch weave:10X64mesh to 80X700mesh;

Twill dutch weave:20x250mesh to 400X2800mesh;

Reversed dutch weave: 48x10mesh to 720x150mesh.

Wire diameter:0.025-1.8mm or at customer request

Payment term 

1)100%T/T in advance if order amount less than USD10000.00

2) 30% paid in advance and 70% balance paid before shipment if order amount more than USD10000.00.
