1. Install the carbon dioxide special pressure reducing valve on the carbon dioxide cylinder, the joint shall not have leakage phenomenon. Cover the pressure relief valve output connector with pressure rubber hose and connect it with the carbon dioxide inlet connector behind the incubator. Then use the compression ring to tighten it. There must be air leakage at the compression joint. Carbon dioxide cylinder gas main valve does not open.

2. Before switching on the power, clean the room with alcohol, and then use ozone sterilizer to sterilize for one hour.

3. Connect the water pipe to the lower left side of the tank to add and drain water (provided by the user of the tank), open the outer door of the tank and visually observe the water level at the bottom of the studio to about 10 ~ 15mm.
