How to boil eggs:

Up to 7 eggs can be cooked at one time.

1.Using the measuring cup,measure the amount of water required and pour into the heasting vessel.

Use cold tap water.

E.g.:For 2 soft eggs,fill the measuring cup up to approximatedly 47ml.For 3 hard boiled eggs,fill the

 measuring cup up to approximatedly 43ml and pour into the heating vessel.

2.Eggs have an air pocket in the large end of the egg of shelf and they can crack during cooking as

 the air expands from the heat.Thus pierce eggs prevents then from cracking during cooking.

Pierce the large end of the egg using the egg pierce which is onthe against the egg piercer and press

the piercer into the egg.

Important:Avoid injuries from the egg piercer.

3.Position the egg rack over the heating vessel  and place the eggs in the egg rack with the large ends 

facing down.

4.Place the cover over the eggs

Important:Ensure the steam vent face away from you.

5.Insert the plug into a appropriate AC power outlet and turn the power on.

6.To commence cooking,turn the switch on.The buzzer will sound when cooking has finished(When the water

 in the heating vessel hav evaporated)

Approximatedly cooking times are as following:

Soft :7 minutes

Medium: 10 minutes

Hard:12 minutes

How to poach egg & omelettes

One to three eggs or omelettes:

1. Using the measuring cup,measure the amount of water required and pour into the heasting vessel.

Use cold tap water

.E.g.:If poaching eggs,fill to the line one the measuring cup at 60ml.If making savoury omelettes, fill to the

 line one the measuring cup at 63ml.This may differ bepanding on how many eggs are used.

2. Position the egg rack over the heating vessel.

3.Grease the poaching trays well with butter,margarine,vegetable oil or oil spray.

4.Break an egg into each tray,or if cooking omelettes,por omelette mixture into trays and place trays onto the egg rack.Place cover on

5.Insert the plug into a appropriate AC power outlet and turn the power on.

6.To commence cooking,turn the switch on.The buzzer will sound when cooking has finished(When the water

 in the heating vessel hav evaporated).

Approximatedly cooking times are as following:

Poached eggs:1 or 2 = 8 minutes

Omelette:10 minutes.

How to steam eggs and poach eggs at the same time:

1.Add approximatel 80ml of water into the heating vessel with the measuring cup.)Depending on how many

 eggs you use)

2.Put the egg rack tray over the heating vessel and poke 1-3 holes in the egg shell using the needle on

 the buttom of the measuring cup.This is so the egg does't explode/rupture while in the cooking process and 

will also make it easier to peel the egg shell off.

3.Place 1 or 2 of the egg poaching trays on the top of the egg rack tray and crack the eggs into each of the 

poaching trays.

4.Cover the appliance with the lid and turn the switch in.

5.Turn the appliance off once the buzzer sounds(If eggs are not cooked enough,and more water into the 

heating vessel and switch on the appliance again until the eggs are cooked to your desired level.)
