BiaoYuan Epoxy Resin Grouting Material
Introduction:
BIAOYUAN EGM-100 epoxy grout including A ( resin ), B ( hardener ), C ( filler ) and rigid fillers refined , the refined product of high quality resin and filler, 100% solids , does not contain harmful solvents and other volatile substances. Can be used at room temperature to complete the three -component blend material contained in each group after another without added ingredients .
Feature:
A:High-strength early strength : one day compressive strength ≥ 50Mpa, can provide much better than the compressive strength of cement-based materials .
B:Low exothermic peak : it can provide up to 120 minutes (25 pm ) operating time , suitable for large volume use grout .
C:Liquidity: Liquidity degree ≥ 300mm, fill all the gaps and meet the requirements of secondary grouting equipment .
D:Creep resistance : long-term alternate freezing and thawing -50 ℃ to +80 ℃, vibration pressure long-term use in harsh physical conditions without plastic deformation , to ensure the long-term precision positioning equipment .
E:Resilience: You can pass by a mobile device to defuse any possible burst of cement based grout layer dynamic load .
F:Corrosion resistance: can withstand acid, alkali , salt, oil and other chemicals, long-term exposure to corrosion.
Application:
A:Applicable to compressors, pumps, punching machine , grinder , mill secondary high vibration equipment installation and grouting equipment susceptible to chemical attack base area grouting.
B:Suitable for rail -based , bridges and other supporting base area by the strong pressure grouting and iron, iron rods, steel connecting rod .
C:For concrete , stone, steel , wood and other base surface as a self-leveling mortar used.
D:Susceptible to chemical attack grouting equipment base area .
E:Anchor , planting and structural steel reinforcement concrete building .
