1. Product Description:
Peanut dry peeling machine with high efficiency is a professional equipment for removing peanuts and red skin. It is also an important machine for preparing peanut candy, chikki, kadalai mittai in the early stage. It is widely used in the production of peanut peel, fried peanuts, flavored peanuts, peanut cakes and eight-treasure porridge.
2. Working Principle:
The machine is mainly composed of a reducer, a tank body, a composite agitator, a separation sieve plate, a water supply pipe and various inlet and outlet. The material is inoculated with hot water by adding a certain amount of caustic soda. The reducer drives the agitator to rotate. Due to the structural characteristics of the composite agitator, the material is circulated up and down, and the mixing of the sesame and the infusion liquid is uniform and sufficient, thereby peeling the sesame.
