1.The machine is used for welding PVC UPVC window frame corner, with PLC control and pneumatic driving

 system, it has the features of high reliability, large process range,high efficiency and easy operation, the four

 heads can work individually,simultaneously and.The machine should be installed in the workshop where the

 air is dry,noncorrosive, free of any dirt, and temperature is 10--40°C.

2.This four head welding machine can weld about 100 windows and doors per shift(8hours).If your production 

capacity is less than 100 windows and doors,you can consider to buy one head welding machine,two head

 welding machine or three head welding machine. If your production capacity is more than 100,I suggest you

 buy CNC vertical four corner welding machine.

3.About the welding height.If your profile height is over 120mm,we can make some adjustments on the welding

 head,achieving welding height 130mm,150mm,180mm and even up to 280mm.
