Introduction:

 NBD-T series high temperature tube furnace consists of automatic feeding system, high temperature heating system, cooling system, vacuum system, automatic control system and four-way air intake system.

   The automatic feeding system consists of a stepping motor, a screw drive system, a positioning system, a sealing system and a temperature measuring device.

The heating system consists of a control circuit and a furnace. The lining uses a vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material with a silicon carbon rod as the heating element. The heat-resistant stainless steel pipe traverses the middle of the furnace as a furnace. The two ends of the furnace tube are sealed by stainless steel flanges. The heating element is parallel to the furnace tube, which can effectively ensure the uniformity of the temperature field. The temperature measurement adopts the S-type thermocouple with stable performance to improve the temperature. Temperature control accuracy.
