Introduction:
Film: The sample to be tested is clamped between the thermostatic dry and wet chambers so that there is a certain humidity difference on both sides of the sample. Due to the difference of humidity on both sides of the sample, the water vapor will flow from the high humidity side to the low humidity side Diffusion and infiltration, on the low humidity side, the water vapor is carried by the dry carrier gas to the water analysis sensor, and the water vapor transmission rate and moisture permeability coefficient of the sample are obtained through the analysis and calculation of the electrical signal of the sensor.
Container: The outer side of the container is a high-humidity gas, while the inner side is a flowing dry gas. Due to the difference in humidity between the inside and the outside of the container, the water vapor will penetrate the container wall into the container, and the water vapor entering the container will be carried by the flowing dry carrier gas To the water analysis sensor, through the analysis of the sensor signal calculation, you can get the result of the water vapor transmission rate of the container.
