Vacuum packaging machine operation process
1. Vacuum: the vacuum chamber is closed and the vacuum pump works. The vacuum chamber begins to pump vacuum, and the vacuum inside the packing bag is at the same time.In the vacuum work, the two three - way solenoid valve IDT work, hot seal chamber vacuum, hot press frame to maintain the original position.
2. Heat sealing: when IDT is broken, the external atmosphere enters the heat sealing air chamber through its upper air inlet hole. The pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the heat sealing air chamber is used to inflate and expand the heat sealing air chamber, so that the upper heat pressing frame moves down and the bag mouth is pressed down.At the same time, heat seal the transformer and start sealing;At the same time, time relay 2SJ work, a few seconds after the operation, the end of the heat seal.
3. Return air: the two-position two-way solenoid valve 2DT is through, the atmosphere enters the vacuum chamber, the vacuum gauge pointer returns to zero, the hot press frame is reset by the reset spring, and the vacuum chamber is opened.
4. Circulation: move the vacuum chamber mentioned above to another vacuum chamber, namely, enter the next working process. The left and right Chambers work alternately, and the cycle is repeated.
