Product Description
Introduction of biomass carbon furnace
The Rice Hull Carbonization Stove, also called Environmental Continuous Gasification Equipment, is used to convert the wood or agr waste materials containing carbon to charcoal powder under high temperature.
The raw materials goes through the destructive distillation process in the oxygen-free environment to reach high carbonization degree. The materials required to be smaller than 15mm size, like sawdust, rice husks, groundnut shells, plants straws, tree barks and grinded coconut shells. So this equipment is also called Charcoal Powder Production Line.
The furnace takes full advantages of CO, methane, hydrogen and other flammable gas produced during the carbonization process and adopts the high technique of gas recovery, purification and recirculating combustion.
It not only solves the air pollution caused by the heavy smoke during carbonization, but also supplies the heat energy needed by the production. Such design makes the self-sufficiency real, meanwhile, improves the continuity and economical efficiency to make full use of agroforestry waste ad change them to valuable. It is the perfect choice to Supply the short of traditional energy, also it the good raw materials for activated carbon
Work principle of rice husk carbon furnaces
Continuous carbonization furnace is the latest product of my factory.Mainly uses electric energy technology,in the conditions of high temperature semi-anoxic, make the moisture in the raw material, wood vinegar and wood tar discharge to make its carbonization.
The whole process, the carbonization temperature is controlled by the manual adjustment of charring stable quality, simple operation, convenient and easy to learn. Yield size can be customized according to customer demand.

2. High capacity, one machine can get output 3-4tons per 6-8 hours
