High Pressure Electromagnetic Flow Meter

I. Overview:

The high pressure electromagnetic flow meter is a kind of flowmeter which is continuously measured under high pipe pressure (above 16MPa) by using advanced measuring technology and special process. It is specially used for geological, petroleum exploration, oilfield systems to measure conductive liquids such as mud, cement slurry, high pressure water injection and water pump experiments under high pressure conditions or to consider two-phase medium.

Ⅱ. the characteristics of high-pressure electromagnetic flowmeter:

1. The sensor has a grounding electrode for good grounding of the meter.

2. The measuring tube has unobstructed moving parts, no pressure loss, and low requirements for straight pipe sections.

3. The sensor adopts advanced processing technology to make the instrument have good anti-negative pressure capability.

4. Measurement accuracy is unaffected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, humidity, pressure, and conductivity.

5. The smart converter can display measurement data such as flow percentage, instantaneous flow and cumulative flow.

6. The smart converter uses a liquid crystal backlit LCD display for clear reading even under strong light or at night.

7. The high pressure electromagnetic flowmeter sensor is manufactured by F46 lining proprietary technology and is specially used in petroleum, chemical, water pump testing and other industries.

8. The electromagnetic flowmeter can be set by infrared touch buttons, and can be safely set without opening the cover of the converter in harsh environments.

9. The flowmeter converter has functions such as self-diagnosis alarm output, empty load detection alarm output, flow upper and lower limit alarm output, and excitation alarm output.
