Vacuum tube furnace for vacuum annealing
Model: TUBE-1700
Tube-1700 tube furnace used MoSi2 heater as the heating elements, rated working temperature 1600°C. The temperature of furnace is controlled by high precision SCR digital controller and 50 segment programmable. Double layer structure with fan cooling. And furnace chamber using of imported alumina fiber with max energy saving, small volume, faster heating, uniform temperature field, good thermal shock and cold resistance. Stainless vacuum flanges can be used under vacuum or other gases condition. It widely used for metal, ceramic and other material sintering, and single sapphire heat treatment in university and research institution, also for small quantities production.
Products character:
1) Chamber: high purity ceramic fiber, clean, light weight, good thermal insulation, faster heating, saving energy.
2) Temperature control: 50 segments programmable and auto PID control with accuracy +/-1 °C, Over current protection and Temperature alarm
3) Using: under vacuum and inert gases atmosphere
4) Heating rate:0-20°C/min(suggestion:≤10°C)
