CYK0660DT CNC Lathe PVC Pipe Threads Cutting Machine
The CNC pipe threading machine is developed for the oil field pipe thread turning and it is suitable for all types of pipe threads turning. The machine also can be used as general CNC lathes to machining complex shapes,like shaft sleeve, disc-type parts.
A.Applications:
The biggest feature of CYK0660DT is that you can make the extra large spindle bore according to the customers’ requirements, and it can reach to Φ260mm at most. It can be used in the machining of the oil pipeline, plumbing pipe, and natural gas pipe and all the big pipe diameter material. It can realize all kinds of automatic cutting of many products, such as excircle, head face, inner bore, groove, cone and sphere and all the inch screw thread. The whole process is controlled by the microcomputer which can send and receive all kinds of signals and has the function of S/T/M. The appearance is beautiful and there are wide functions and easy to operate.
B.Main features:
1. Big diameter of spindle bore, and the customer can choose the size of the spindle bore to fulfill the requirements of cutting the pipe fitting of big diameter.
2. The foundation of the bed is very wide and the guide rail has proper structure and the head stock has a structure of heat dissipation to improve the stability of the machine tool and the spindle more effectively.
3. Both the front and back bearings of the machine tool adopt the high precision angular Contact Ball Bearings, which are stable and can load more weight when they are working.
4. The guide rail is made from resistant cast iron, and treated by the super audio quenching, which can guarantee the precision and the longevity of the machine.
5. X axis adopts 4 points a line structure and Z axis adopts 3 points a line design structure, to ensure the stability of the machine.
Z axis is designed full closed to protect the guide rail while it is working.
