Hydraulic system

The whole system adopts cartridge inserted valve and is controlled by PLC. 

Rimer can realize1,2,3speed change and realize jigger function; two side 

winches can realize original lock, single receive and release cable and linkage

 receive cable; hoisting winch has original lock, high pressure hoisting and low 

pressure releasing; Emergency action can be achieved by the way of supplying 

all power elements with emergency oil pump. Based on each requirement, the 

safety release system of all performance elements are set up. Rimer can realize 

step speed change. Other parts can realize stepless speed regulating by two 

proportional speed-regulating valve. Hydraulic system also has rimer anti-hob function. Pressure measuring exhaust interfaces are mounted on oil inlet and 

outlet of all hydraulic actuating equipments, which is convenient for system adjustment 

and maintenance.
