Jumper hose with various API end fittings
High pressure and flexible jumper hose conveys high-pressure drilling liquids between mud-pump discharge outlet and the mud standpipe manifold on the drill floor. Specially compounded synthetic rubber cover has excellent resistance against abrasion, oils and ozone. Multiple layers of spiral steel wire support the hose to hold 2000psi to 4000psi continuous operating pressure.
Available with API NPT threads, hammer union connection, butt-welded union and API flange or as specified.
Typical application:
Mud delivery hose, motion compensator hose, de-coking hose of oilfield and mining fields.

Tube: Black NBR, specially compounded for high abrasion resistance;
Cover: synthetic rubber rejecting oils, abrasion and ozone degradation;
Reinforcement: multiple layers of steel cables;
Inside diameter: 2", 2.5", 3", 3.5" and 4";
Maximum length: 110ft;
Operating pressure: 5000psi;
Operating temperature: -22°F to 200°F (-30°C to 93°C);
Safety factor: 2.5;
Meets specifications within API 7k. Bespoke API jumper hoses can be manufactured.
End connector option:
Line pipe threads according to API 5B;
Flange or hub according to API 6A;
Hammer lug union – butt welded.

The tube of drilling hose is made from nitrile rubber, which can prevent the oil-based mud from permeating out of hose leading to the hose damage in the process of conveying the oil-based mud.
Our drilling hose is manufactured with integral connectors and the connectors are resistant to pull-off, which can avoid the connectors falling off and hurting the workers in the process of pressure test. And this feature improves the pressure resistance and safety performance of drilling hose greatly..
