Product Introduction

This tool is our newly digital sonic tool, which is designed and produced based on our experiences of many years of research and manufacture of advanced sonic tool, and integrated with many new electronic techniques such as pocket PC, blue tooth, 14 bit high-speed A/D, superficial adhibition and multi-layered printed circuit, and characterized by low-power, small-size, and light-weight. It is controlled remotely by pocket PC, and flexible and fitted for many complex engineering needs. It is mainly applied in non-metallic material sonic and super-sonic inspection, such as concrete, rock mass, core, porcelain, graphite. I can also be applied in intensity inspection, structure interior bug inspection, fracture inspection, joint surface quality inspection, homogeneity inspection, structure thickness inspection, pier quality inspection, sonic log, and elastic mechanic parameters inspection.

Features

Portability and flexibility——combining transmitter and receiver together, small and light.

Blue technique, wireless remote control——Pocket PC controlled central unit by Bluetooth technique, remote control is effective within 10 m. All parameters and measurement display can be fulfilled easily wirelessly.

Pocket PC control, Powerful function——all Chinese pocket PC support the man machine interface and sampling control, parameters setting, data display and storage, graph plot, image making, Field works are very easy.

Extendable easily——waveform sampling and storage are all controlled by pocket PC. Data management is easy and software is easy to be extended.

Powerful pocket PC——beside the high hardware configuration, pocket PC is installed with many utility software. User can arrange the date, navigate the web via wireless net, and use WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and Media Player for office and amusement.

Operation convenient and quick——all Chinese display, friendly menu design, only option and hand writing.

Wide band and low-noise——as high as 500kHz band pass, first arrival is clear and complete. 
Early sampling——data before trigger can be sampled easily, it is convenient for first arrival recognition.

Super strong anti-interference ability——signal channel provides 3 band pass with multi high or low pass filters, This filter can suppress certain interference.

Automation——time delay can be determined automatically, first arrival traveling time and amplitude can be sampled automatically.

Large storage——512MB CF card (extensible), can store kinds of data and waveform for indoor analysis.

Low power loss, flexible power choice—— it can be power by AC or DC, and built-in rechargeable battery which can last for more than 30 hours.

All Chinese Windows based analysis for PC or note PC: multi-function, easy operation, generate three testing reports (confirming the rules by China Ministry of construction).
