Life casting RTV silicone rubber Performance:
Life casting RTV silicone rubber of Body Organs ,It has good electrical performance, chemical stability with features of waterproof, corrupt resistance, physiological inert, non-toxic, tasterlessness, aging-resistance, easy pouring, easy operation, and completely vulcanization. It can meet requirement of the Mechanical strength even under a very low hardness. When making printing pads, it will be with low shrinkage and can keep its initial hardness as original after a long time using. So it is the specially suitable material for life-casting and printing pad making.
Applications of Life casting RTV silicone rubber
Medical grade raw material silicone , it is mainly used to make soft silicone products ,such as sex toys, body organs, body breast enhancers, shoulder pads, paster, trackion ,etc.
For pad printing,it is mainly used to make silicone pads. Silicone pad is used as pattern transfer carrier for plastic toys, electroplating products, electornic products, trademark etc..
Medical grade raw material silicone is a king of nearly-colorless translucent fulid. We can adjust its color as per the request of customers.

NOTICE:
1. In order to avoid no curing problem, it cannot mix with condensation cure silicone rubber, organic matter which is containing N, S, P organics and ionic compound like Sn, As,Hg, Ph. What’s more, please do not smoke when operating the food grade silicone rubber, otherwise, it will cause to no curing problem too.
2, The solidification of platinum cure silicone rubber is particularly affected by temperature, higher the temperature is, faster the curing time will be.
Package
1 kg/jar, 5 kg/drum, 20 kg/drum, 200 kg/drum and vacuum package is available.
Shelf Life
Twelve(12) months when stored under dry & cool place by original package under 25℃.
