A: Yes, we welcome sample order for testing, mixed samples are acceptable. Sample cost can be returned after get your mass order.
Q4: What about the lead time?
A: Sample order in 3-7 days, mass production in 15-30 days based on model and quantity.
Q5: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A:We usually ship by DHL,UPS,FedEx. It usually takes 3-7days to arrive. 10~30days for Airline and sea shipping. Also you can have your forwarder to follow your shippment.
Q6: Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes, we offer OEM and ODM service, it’s acceptable for mass production order.
Q7: What’s your payment term and delivery term?
A: Normally we accept T/T and L/C, 30% deposit and balance before shipment, delivery in Ningbo Port, if any other requirement, please contact with your service person for negotiation.
Q8: Do you offer guaranty for your products?
A: Yes, we offer 3~5 years warranty for our products.
Q9: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, we have strict IQC,IPQC,PQC,FQC,OQC procedure, strict quality control system.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new materials or whole lamps for replacement with new orders in small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair and resend them with our freight, or we can discuss the solution including recalling according to real situation.Your warranty problem will be solved within 48hours.
