Introduce:
EM12K is a copper plated carbon structure steel submerged arc welding wire, with the corresponding welding flux for submerged arc welding, welding seam forming beautiful, easy to remove slag, weld metal has excellent mechanical ability.
Application:
Used for welding of carton steel and alloy steel. It is widely used for boilers , vessels of nuclear power station, pressure vessels, chemical equipment, large and medium spiral tubes, bridges, ships locomotive vehicles, etc
Advantage:
1.Welding current is too small. it will lead to weld shape variation, undercut, unweld, slag and other defects; If welding current is too large ,it will cause physicochemical properties and cracking resistance deterioration of welded joints burn, weld rough, detachability variation and other defects.
2.Flux before the use of 300-500℃ to bake 1-2 hours, the wire should be dry before use, no oil, no rust state.
3.Before welding, the oil, rust, water and other impurities in the welding area should be removed.
