If your request sample is in stock,the sample is free and the freight is collected.
If you need custom your request sample,need to pay mold fee or sample fee.
2. Q: Can you do customized items?
Of course we can, we are professional manufactory, we have our designer who can make the 3D drawing work for you, and we have mold machine and die-casting machine. All this will be finished in our factory.
3.Q:Do I need to pay the mold cost?
Yes, you need to pay the mold cost. Usually the mold cost is USD100-USD200, it will depends on the design. The mold cost will refundable after you confirmed the order. And the order quantity must exceed 20000pcs.
4. What should I provide to you if I want to custom a keychain?
a)We need your idea. What kind of products you want to make?
b) You detail request, example: the size, the color, and what kind of logo you want? Epoxy or enamel, Laser engraving? After this, we will send the finished artwork to you. If you want modify some details, just tell us.
5. Can I get a pre-production sample?
Yes, Before produce the cargo, we will send the sample to you, we only make the cargo after you confirm the sample.If you think the shipping cost is too much, we can take clear photo to you confirm.
