1. Summarize
ISW series are single-stage, single-suction, pipeline centrifugal pump. They are designed based on the IS centrifugal pump and vertical pump configuration. The pumps are producedaccording to the international standard ISO2858 international standard JB/T6878.2-93. Meanwhile, based on the ISW series in different fluid media and temperatures, it derives the hot-water pump, chemical pump, and oil pump. Now it is the national popularize products.
2. Usage
ISW Horizontal clean water pumps for transporting the clean water and other liquid like clean water. It is suitable for industry and city drain, the garden irrigation, long-distance water, heating, bathroom heating, such as pressurized water and equipment. The usage temperature: ≤80℃.
3. Characteristic
ISW Horizontal clean water pump, with Y or Y2 series motor , shaft seal is mechanical seal , mechanical seal material is tungsten carbide , silicon carbide or hard metal alloy,pump material can be cast iron , SS304,SS316,SS316L,etc.
4.Working Conditions:
1.Speed :1450~2900rpm
2.Medium :clean water or liquid with silimar physical &chemical features as clean water,
3.Medium tem.:-10 ℃~80 ℃(room temperature pump), ≤120℃(hot water pump).
4.Ambient temperature:below40 celsius degree
5.Capacity:1.8~1450m3/h
6.Head : ≤133m
7.Working pressure: ≤1.6Mpa
