Description:

1. Double internal gear pump QT hydraulic oil: Please use hydraulic oil with viscosity grade equivalent to ISOVG4668 above 70kg/cm. High pressure recommended anti-wear hydraulic oil with ISOVG4668 viscosity class. Use anti-combustible hydraulic oil (water glycol, phosphate ester, W/O emulsion, etc.), consult our company, use hydraulic fluid must be clean, prevent foreign matter or water from mixing, hydraulic oil discoloration layered, white air bubbles If mixed, the working fluid has deteriorated and the working hydraulic oil must be replaced.

2. QT viscosity and oil temperature of dual internal gear pump: The recommended working viscosity is 20 to 500 cSt (mm/s) and the operating temperature is 0 to 60℃.

3. QT oil filter for dual internal gear pump: 150 μm oil filter on the suction side, 25 μm oil filter on the oil discharge side, and use of magnetic oil filters, etc., to increase service life.

4. Installation of double-internal gear pump QT pump: The suction port of the pump is set to suck oil on the side. The connection between the drive shaft of the pump and the motor shaft adopts elastic coupling or chain coupling. The eccentricity error is not more than 0.05mm. The pump drive shaft can not bear any radial vertical force, and the lateral drive modes such as belts, chains and gears are prohibited. The coupling can be freely assembled on the pump drive shaft.

5, Double internal gear pump QT with the connection tubing: All tubing connected to the pump port are flanged. The suction side diameter should be within 1.5m/s and the negative pressure should not exceed -0.3kgf/cm. It should be selected as short as possible.
