1. How to start an order?
With your logo image and details of size, color and quantity, we start quoting process right away.
Upon your acceptance of our quote, we will prepare artwork for your approval before sampling.
2. What is the MOQ request?
No MOQ limitation for most items, but quantity is a major factor to price.
3. Is there current stock for sale?
We do 100% custom design.
4. How about the lead time?
1 working day for artwork
3-5 days for sampling of embroidery/woven/lanyard/silicone products
10 days for mass production of embroidery/woven/lanyard/silicone products within 5000pcs
7 days for sampling of metal/PVC products
15 days for mass production of metal/PVC products within 5000pcs
5. How to make payment?
-We accept payment by T/T
-Credit card with 3% extra charge (Visa / MasterCard)
-PayPal with 10% extra charge
6. Which port can be chosen for delivery?
Mainly Hong Kong and Shenzhen, and other designated domestic place will be fine too.
7. What kind of international express delivery is available?
We have preferential contract rate with FEDEX, UPS and DHL, and can provide good freight
service to you with low freight charge.
