7.Mechanical structure and working principle
1) Pedestal frame
Pedestal frame is located at the bottom of the machine. It was used to store water and graphite powder to cool and dip coating the models. Thus the machine can operate for a long time and model temperature is under control. Left and right water tank are separated, which make them easy to clean and can blend the water and graphite powder evenly. Considering the strong causticity of graphite, a PUC board is installed inside the water bank to prolong its useful time. Agitation effect is good and there is no dead angle.
2) Support cantilever
Support cantilever consists of bottom beam, support rotation axis, axis seat and adjustment of casting angle. Die opening and closing, overturn, rise-fall of left and right model matching racks is completed by the support cantilever
3) Hydro cylinder
Hydro cylinder is installed in the middle of electric cabinet and oil pump. It is the drive of hydraulic pressure part of the whole machine used to reclaim hydraulic oil and cool the heat produced during the motion of hydraulic pipeline.
4) Hydraulic station and drive assembly
Hydraulic station and drive assembly are combined by hydraulic system, including motor, oil pump, electromagnetic reversing valve, electromagnetic flow valve, manual pressure regulating valve, pipeline throttle valve and oil cylinder. It is in charge of oil supply, pressure adjustment, oil reclaim and actions of each oil cylinder.

5) Electrical control system
Electrical control system mainly adopts the original binding electrical components of Japan Mitsubishi Ohm Dragon, including: PLC, touch screen, transformer, current transformator, voltmeter, ammeter, revolving switch, emergency stop switch, AC contactor, heat relay, air
switch(380V/220V), photoelectric sensor, control box(manual/automatic), rotation, die opening and closing, model cleaning, overturn, rise and fall, overturn emergency stop. All actions will be carried out with the operation control system.
8. Machine installation and debugging
1) Install the machine on concrete support according to the on-site condition. Fasten the machine on a balanced position after horizontal adjustment.
2) Electrical box should be installed in a place of draftiness. Ambient cleanness
shall be maintained.
3) Check all electrical devices to see whether there is loosened place and whether
the machine is completely connected. Ensure everything goes in gear.
4) Hydraulic oil shall be filled into hydro cylinder of the machine. (Wear resistant
hydraulic oil 46 or 68#)
5) Connect the power supply properly in accordance with the instruction book.
Confirm the rotation direction of hydraulic motor and agitating electric motor.
6) Add graphite powder and water in proportion. (about 850l)
7) Start hydraulic motor and inspect whether it operates normally. Its noise shall
be tuned to the lowest.
8) Start agitation electric motor and check the water fluctuation effect to ensure
that it doesn’t splash water.
9) You shall know clearly the location of lubrication system and maintain the
cleanness of all the lead rails.
10) Manually start the electric motor. Raise worktable to predefined angle of die
casting. Start automatic program and operate ideal running several times with die
matched by foot. Only when you confirm that everything works well that can you
start production.
Every time when you start the electric motor, please manually raise worktable to
casting angle and then switch the machine to automatic mode.

9.Maintenance of machine
1.Maintain the tidiness and well condition of the machine; every time before you start
machine, please fill lubrication oil into lubricating parts (3#universal lithium base grease , lubrication oil)
2.Change hydraulic oil regularly (add wear-resistant hydraulic oil (46#or 68#); For new machines, change of oil should be carried out every three months
and afterwards, every 8 months.
3.Clean the transmission part when you hand over to next shift to keep a good
operation and extend the useful time.
4.Frequently inspect whether the connection, transmission part and all fastening
pieces are loosened. Solve timely if there is problem.
5.Examine regularly whether drive-by-wire, electrical devices and
circuit of machine are loosened due to vibration. Solve timely if there is problem.
6.If you will not use the machine for a long time, please completely clean the
part of machine where there is no lacquer and paint it with pickling oil and cover
it with dustproof fabric.
