Shengjia was founded in 2003, specialized in metal terminal, metal clip, metal bracket, and other metal stamping parts. they are anti rust,no burrs, no sharp edges and touch smooth by bare hands,we design and manufacture the mold by ourselves. 02. We have a 5 members professional R&D team, the engineers' average experience are over 10 years in this industry, we design and manufacture the mold by ourselves. The mold is the core of our technology, the lifespan of our mold at least more than 3 million pcs. Mainly use progressive dies, with stable performance and high production capacity. 03. With perfect quality control system, Shengjia become the industry benchmark. Many customers gave full of praise when visit our factory. The workers make inspection by jigs. IPQC, production manager and QC manager inspect regularly, make 100% full inspection before packing. We make sure the defective rate is less of 0.0002%; it's certificated as the third tier supplier of Benz, Siemens and Panasonic. Our customers are from different industries, for example: auto spare parts, lighting industry, security equipment, intelligent water meter, STB, Smart TV box, PCB, loudspeaker, communication, power supply, mobile shelves, etc.
1.Q: Your mold is perfect, is your mold fee very high?
A: Mold is the tool for our production, we design and manufacture the mold by ourselves, there is no profit, we can control the cost very well.
2.Q: What’s your MOQ?
A: Since we design new products for the clients, well noted that the new item need time to be mature, so we accept any quantity for trial order. If your order quantity is much enough, we will give better price, leave much more profit space to the clients.
3.Q: After manufacture the mold, if samples have problem, can we get back the mold deposit?
A: Our R&D team will carefully audit the drawing and the craft, prepare DMF file, if we not able to do it, we won’t give quotation. And untill now, we have no failure case.
4.Q:Is free sample available?
A: Free samples will be provided if make the mold directly.
5.Q:How long of the mold and mass production delivery date?
A: Design and manufacture the mold: 10-15 workdays. Mass production:15-20 workdays.
