Q3: Why the color is not shiny brass and even spot can be seen on the surface?
A. Eyelets from Juwang are shiny brass, no spot on surface. Reason for color changing might be improper storage environment. Eyelets requires dry weather, Avoiding wet or direct sunshine, otherwise, material would be oxidized.
Q4: Why the eyelets cannot be riveted tightly?
A. That might because you have chosen a wrong size, maybe the shank dia. is too long or too small, or the material thickness is too thin.
Q5: Why eyelets cannot be split and riveted like a flower?
A. It is not the eyelets cannot be split and riveted. Splitting and riveting depends on the application stamping die.
Q6: How does your factory do as quality control?
