Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory, and we have been producing eyelet for more than 10 years.
Q2: How about your capacity for eyelet?
A. With a scale of 10000 square meters, and more than 160 workers, our monthly output for the eyelet is 80 million.
Q3: Why the color is not shiny brass and even spot can be seen on the surface?
A. Eyelets from Juwang are shiny brass, no spot on surface. Reason for color changing might be improper storage environment. Eyelets requires dry weather, Avoiding wet or direct sunshine, otherwise, material would be oxidized.
Q4: Why the eyelets cannot be riveted tightly?
A. That might because you have chosen a wrong size, maybe the shank dia. is too long or too small, or the material thickness is too thin.
Q5: Why eyelets cannot be split and riveted like a flower?
A. It is not the eyelets cannot be split and riveted. Splitting and riveting depends on the application stamping die.
