1.Are you manufactory or trade company?
Our Company is a paper craft manufacturer in China since 2008.
We are specialized in manufacturing handmade paper greeting card, pop up card, music/sound greeting card, paper gift box and other paper craft products with electronic.

2.Can the sound be customized ?
Yes.you can upload the whatever music you like from your PC or phone.
3. What is your payment method?
We accept T/T, paypal, Western Union.
4.What file for the design is workable for you?
The design should be AI or PDF file and 300dpi at least.
If you have sound, please send it by MP3 or WAV format.
5.How long can I expect to get the sample?
We need 5-7days to make the sample after get your design.
6. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
7. What about the lead time for mass production?
Usually, we need 18-20 days to produce.But this depends on your quantity.
