Re: Thanks you like our bags, please send the items number, colors and quantity to us, then we will make a detail quotation to you.
2. Can you do a customize logo on the bags?
Re:Yes, we can do custom logos on the bags by print,Embossed; foil stamping,Engrave, paper hang tag, cloth mark.
3. How to pay the money?
Re: We can accept payment by PayPal, TT or Western Union. Please tell us the payment that you prefer, we will send the detail information to you.
4. What's the price term?
Re: Normally, We offer the EXW or FOB price, CNF and CIF are acceptable.
5. What's the shipment method?
Re: It can be Ocean Shipping, Airlift and Express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, and FEDEX). So before placing order .please contacts us to confirm your preferred shipment method.
6. Is the sample fee can be refund?
Re:Yes,it is refundable after order confirms and order quantity reaches our requirement.
7. Does any guarantee in product quality? Any compensation once the bags are broken?
Re: Yes, Guarantee: before ship out the products, our QC workers will double check the quality one by one, ensure each products are good before packing. Compensation: Once you find the bags are broken, please take pictures to us immediately. After our relate apartment checked and confirm it belong to quality problem. We will refund a new one to you in next order, or you can choose other style, or the price can reduce in next order directly.
