1.8 Detailed Four Step Quality Control
m&m magnet comes with integrating quality control !
STEP 1: After sintering, the mould comes out. Test the size, tolerance and the property (BH(max), Br, Hcj, Hcb) of the mould, only the qualified products turn to next step.
Magnet performance standard: GB/T 13560-2009
Quality control: MIL STD 105E=ISO 28591=NF X 06 022, LEVELⅡ
STEP 2: After grinding, inspect the size and tolerance of the magnet with precision before coating, only the qualified products turn to next step.
STEP 3: After cutting the thickness, examine the tolerance of thickness, guass and pull force, only the qualified products turn to next step.
STEP 4: Recheck the coating, size and tolerance, surface of the magnet, exclude the unqualified (damaged, bad coating) pieces, then come to magnetizing and packaging.
