1.How to order?
A:Please send us your purchase order by Email or Fax. or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following info:
1)Shipping information-Company name,Street address,Phone number,Fax number,Destination sea port.
2)Product information-Quantity,Specification(Size,Material,Technological requirements,Packing requirements etc.)
3)Delivery time required.
2. What is the MOQ?

3.How can I get the samples?
A:Please pay for the transportation freight ,existing for free. But custom cost can be refundable after place order. Send them to you only after receipt your payment. If you have your express account please tell me. we will email you the complete shipping details with the tracking no.
4. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples: 1-2 days. Yours : 4-6 days, subject to whether they need new molds or new printing screen, etc.
5.How much the freight of samples?
A: depends on the weight and packing size and your area. we will make a consultation from the Express each time.
6:How to prepare your artwork?
A; In order to provide you with the most prompt and cost-efficient service, supplying us with the following :
1. Actual size
2. Your drafts with clear icons
3. Pls advise the plating and colors
4.file format: AI,CRD or PDF in pixel higher than 300dpi to assure high quality printing effect
7.What are CMYK and RGB?
A:In offset printing "Four color"mean CMYK.Your computer screen are likely RGB color space (Red, Green and Blue). In offset printing ,RGB must convert it to CMYK. CMYK cannot reproduce RGB exactly the same
8 How do I inspect my goods?
