1. CD plate gold/silver logo
Advantage:the logo will be shinny.
Disadvantage: only simple logo suitable
2. Epoxy sticker printing
Advantage:Suitable for full color logo.
Disadvantage: only suit for big quantity order, if the quantity is small, the price will be expensive and there has to be a place to stick the logo.
3. Debossed & Embossed logo
Advantage:The logo can stand forever and can fill color for the debossed logo
Disadvantage: need to customize new mould. will charge mould cost.
4.Etching logo
Advantage:the logo is 3D affect
Disadvantage: just simple logo suitable. and cost is higher than others.
5. Laser engraving
Advantage:Suitable for simple logo, can for less quantity and the logo is permanent.
Disadvantage: the logo will be without color.
6.Silk screen printing
Advantage:Suitable for colorful logo.
Disadvantage: the logo will fade away as time goes by.
1.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach you, subject where you are.
2. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 4-6 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
3. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 15-20 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
4. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, AI or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on techniqu.
