1. Are the LED pendant waterproof?
-----They are "water resistant" but they are not waterproof.
If you submerge or soak the products, they might malfunction and the lighting mechanism may be permanently disabled. If you happen to soak the battery compartment, immediately remove the batteries ad allow the unit to dry completely.
After drying, install new batteries, an usually the collar or leash will still function.
2. How do I replace the battery ?
-----The batteries are easily replaceable. Just need a screw driver to open the battery box ;
Our collars and leashes used 2pcs LR44 batteries.Which can be found at the major retail store in the battery isle.
3. Can I print my own brand on the pendant?
-----Yes, that is ok.
Just send your logo artwork, and we will make the mockup to get your confirmation before mass production.
