Customized woven badge
Woven badges are the perfect solution for when you need the extra fine
detail that embroidered badges can't provide. Our company is proud to
be one of the suppliers of woven badges, which allow a higher resolution
to the design.
Woven badges show small lettering and extra fine detail that will not
show well on embroidered badges. We do not supply woven clothing labels, our products are essentially the woven equivalent to an embroidered
badge – same standard badge shapes and same finishing options.
Woven badges can be a more cost-effective option particularly when ordering in volume.Our company has a
minimum order quantity of only 100 units for woven badges. For a
quotation simply fill out the necessary details on our request a quote
page and one of our representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
When choosing between embroidered or woven products keep in mind that while you will get the extra fine detail with woven badges you will be
missing out on the textured 3D effect that embroidery offers.
Woven badge specification for you reference
- Label width: 10-200mm in any length.
- Material: 100% polyester.
- Border Options: merrow, heat cut, laser heat cut, ultrasonic cut.
- Fold Options: straight cut, die cut, end fold, center fold, miter fold, Manhattan fold...
- Backing: plain, double adhesive tape, hard PVC, iron on, self-adhesive sticker with wax paper, velcro tap, black / white paper coating, etc.
- Special ways: 3D cubic stuffing, laser hollow-out, loop, across liquid, eyelet, metallic thread, finish & starching
Delivery: 3-5 days for samples, about 7-10 days for production
