1. How to start my order and how to process with my order?
You can start your order as following steps:
a. Please send us your inquiry or chat with us on trade manager dicectly.
b. We will give you a quotation based on your requests of the products.
c. After the agreement of the comditions, we will send you a profoma invoice.
d. Please Arrange the payment to us before we make the sample.
e. A photo of sample will be sent for your final confirmation before mass production.
f. Arrange the delivery as soon as the mass production finished.
2. What is the format of the artwork/design should I send?
a. PDF, Core Draw, Adobe Illustrator.
b. If you don't have any artwork/design. We have a professional design team, just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect products. It is also ok if you do not have the complete files. Send us high resolution images, we can design the layout you want.
3. How much is the shipping cost/freight charge to my country?
The shipping cost depends on the total weight of your packages and your location or destination.
4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and approval the layout, mostly, the samples will be ready for delivery in 5-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express, it is ok to use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
5. How do I pay for my order?
Payment can be accepted via Paypal, T/T(bank transfer), Western Union or Escrow.
