1.What products can it print on
Udisk, MP3,MP4 ,hard disk, phone cover, portable computer, compact disk, gift ,toy, furniture,Porcelain /tiles, etc.
2. Where do we buy the extra ink from?
Our company have ink factory, so pleased be assured that the ink best for our printer.
And our ink is suitable for our printer, you’d better buy the ink from our factory, it can printing out the best products, of course our printer is support the other ink from your own Country.
we will send one set of ink (150ml*9)and a bottle of clean liquid for printhead.
3. Is it easy to service and maintain the printer?
the printer was easy to control, if you can use computer, you can use our printer, we will send the manual, CD teach you how to use our printer.
Printhead auto-clean: the printer has auto detect function (other printer haven’t this function)
4.Does it come with software and many template designs for products?
Yes ,we have the RIP software ,and we can do the template designs as your required.
5. What is your delivery times?
Our delivery time is 3 days after payments.
6. Do you have a video example of it being used?
Yes, we have the video about our printer printing sample process,and if you need,
we can send it to you immediately.
