Q:How long does it take from placing a order to receiving the item? Do you accept rush order? How long does rush order take?

A : Generally it takes 4~6 weeks to complete for normal orders. 

For rush orders, the time needs to be coordinated between customers and us.

Q: How do you ship the item? How long does it take to arrive?

A: We will ship the item via air or sea.  It takes 3~7 days via DHL/FedEx/UPS. 

For sea, it takes 4~5 weeks. 

Q: Do you accept custom order? For example, custom measurements or adjustment of  some parts of the dress (like adding sleeve).

A: Yes we accept custom order and it is free of charge. You only need to provide the 

detailed and right measurements for us. 

If there is need to modify the dress after it is completed, there will be charge according  to specific case (easy or hard, the material used for  the modification).

Q: Do you accept OEM order?

A: Yes for OEM order, you need to provide your brand and logo.

Q: How do I pay for the order?

A: We accept T/T, Western Union, pay pal. 

 You need to pay 50% as deposit to place the order. 

The rest needs to be paid off before we ship the item to you.

Q:What is return policy?

A: We accept full fund return only if it is caused  by our fault  , for example , quality issue . You can either get replacement  or refund .
