3.Our Certifications
1. What are the differences between inflatable tents and sealed tents?
Inflatable tents are lower cost sewing products that need constant blowing comparing with sealed tents, which are using heat welding technology and only need one blow up.
2. Can I have custom design with needed doors, windows, preferred colors and printings?
Yes, you can. We collect a team of professional designers and are able to design the tents as requested. Of course, we always confirm the design before production, so you will surely get what you want for actual use.
3. How to blow up a tent? What can I do when the tent is not in use?
We can show you how to blow up the tent and pack it when not in use.(pictures and videos are available.)
4. What kind of payment do you accept? Why not escrow?
We prefer T/T, West Union, Paypal and other payment terms. For order < US$5000, we prefer full payment. Most often the case, customer does not choose ESCROW because of the limited maximum payment of US$10000 and the 5% charge fee is high.
5. How long will it take to produce a tent?
It all depends, large tent will need more time. We will get start with the design once received the deposit. After the design is confirmed, we will arrange the production. Usually, the production will take about 2-3 weeks.(Exception for urgent order)
6. How long will it take for the delivery?
By express and air will take about 7 days, while by sea will takes about 35 days.
7. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Does your company pass any certificates?
Answer: We are a manufacturer with more than 14 years experience. We are the first certified by BV and TUV. Also, we have CE, EN14960, SGS, ASTM, UL, ROHS and other certificates.
8. Do you offer accessories like blowers/pumps, repair kits?
Yes, each tent is equiped with enough CE/UL blowers/pumps(according to the electric system in your country) and repair kits.
9. Can I check the tent before delivery?
Yes, once the production finished, we will send you the pictures. Or you can come and make a check.
10. How about the warranty?
We offer 2 years warranty for each tent.
