How to order?
1. Buyer choose favorite items on our website and email us items No. need.
Also give us pictures buyer want to customize.
2. We send buyer quotation for confirmation. After every details confirmed ,We will send buyer perform invoice.
Buyer need to sign on it and send back by e-mail or fax.
3. Buyer transfer down payment for order, and send us the bank slip for check.
4. After received deposit, we will arrange order production to factory .
5. We will do quality inspection and take photos for your confirmation to check if any modification is required. (We also welcome your quality inspection.)
6. Once goods finished, we will email buyer pictures for confirmation.
7. After buyer confirm pictures, then pay balance to us in case arrange shipment with your forwarder.
All tents can be custom printed to your creative specification.

2. What size and what kind of tent should i choose?
To figure out the most suitable measurement for your case, we need below information:

-located ( available area measurement, indoor or outdoor)
- your budget, we can recommand the suitable material, design and size according to this request)
3.Is the material harmful? can it be waterproof since it will be using outdoor
-yes, the material is water proof and also fire resitant
-no, the material is not harmful, it is environmental protection material
4. How to install
firstly, unfold the tent, find the air intake, connect the air intakes with the air blower
secondly, open the air blower
thirdly, it will start inflate, you just wait till it is full of air and become a standing tent.
