1.Buyer Select the favorite product on our website and send us an email.Please send us the pictures what want to customize.
2. We send buyer quotation confirmation. After each detail is confirmed, we will send PI to the buyer.You need to log in and send it back by e-mail or fax.
3. The buyer pays the payment order and sends us a bank note check.
4. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will arrange the order to be produced to the factory.
5. We will carry out QA and take a photo to confirm to see if any changes are required. (We also welcome your quality inspection.)
6. Once the goods are complete, we will send the buyer image by email to confirm.
7. After confirming the picture, please pay the balance to us to contact your freight forwarder.

Q:Do you have a range of stock items for sale?
All of our Inflatable Cans & Bottles are made specifically as per customer order. So we have no stocks available.
Q:What is your minimum order?
Our MOQ is 1 piece. The more quantity, the more competitive price.
Q:Can we use our own logo?
Of course. Just please send your clear logo picture with size, PSD file is better.
Q:What is your payment method?
The most common payment is T/T 50% payment first, pay full balance before shipment out. Or pay 100% payment when the amount is small and urgent needed. Western Union and Paypal are also available.
Q: Can make with our logo printings?
A: Yes. May be for free or charged depending on quantity, printing colour and size. You may send us high resolution artwork in AI, PDF or PSD.
Q: What happens if the Balloon punctures?
A: Due to constant blown air, the balloon can still be blown up and use as long as the damage area is not big. The damage can be repaired by sewing machine, and PVC vinyl balloons can also simply be repaired by our repair kit (material patches and glue).
Q: Can you send me design sketch to confirm before production?
A: Yes. After you place an order, we can use your custom requirements to make a design sketch, and will start production after your confirmation.
