Q: How to order it from you?
A: First,we will provide the quotation about the product according to all your requirement,if you accept our quotation,we will send you the performance invoice.Then you make the despoit payment,after we get the despoit payment,we will star the production soon.Blance of the payment should be paid before shipping.
Q: What about the shipping?
A:We can help to arrange the shipping for you,the product could be shipped by sea,air or express.We have our own forwarder with better shipping cost and service.Shipping time by air or express will be about 3-7 days,shipping time by sea will be depend on the destination port.Or you have your own shipping agent,you can let your shipping agent pick up the productfrom our factory directly.
Q: What about the payment method?
A: You can pay through T/T or Western union.50% deposit of the total amount before production,after we finish the production,we will take pictures of the product and send for your confirmation,50% balance should be paid before shipping.
Q: How about the production time?
A: Regular production time for I pc product will be 7 work days,but the production time will be depend on the order quantity,size,design and so on.
Q: What about the packaging?
A: Generally,w will pak the product y pvc bag with carton box.If you have other requirementabout the packaging,you can feel free to let us know,we can also according to your requirement to do the packing.
