Q4:Will the crystals easily fall off?

A: Each and every crystal / decoration that is added to the design, is strongly adhered to the case using our specialized glue & will not easily fall off. Our cases are made to the highest quality durability & will last a long time with proper care.

Q5:Will I get exact design that is showing in the product image?

A: This exact same design will be made according to your phone / device model. The entire theme, coloring, and style will not change. In case of limitation on any decoration used in the original design, our designers will replace them with similar ones.

Q6:May I make special changes to the design?

A: Yes! You can place your changes/request before your payment..
You can change, replace, add/remove any of the decorations or colors used in the design.
(Please provide simple/clear instructions & reference of the decoration that you want to change or replace)

Our designers only accept requests / changes within 24 hours of placing the order.

There is no additional charge for design changes & our designers will try their best to fulfill your requests

Q7:How long do I expect to receive my order?

A: The production time is about 7-14 business days (not including the weekends & holidays). We will send you an e-mail with the Tracking Information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

How to Custom Color? 

Contact us what color you what to change, for example, I want change the white crystal to "crystal color: 10#".
