Our container was shipped from Wuhan Port by Yangtze River to Shanghai Port, it need around 3-7 days.

2. Existing samples sampling time: 1day.
3. Sample according to your design drawing. Sampling time: within 1 week
4. Design sample based on your require.
5. Make mass production after your confirm the sample.
6. Shipping: Samples delivered by DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS, EMS; the bulk goods shipping by sea.
1.We will start to make the products after confirm all the detail with you to assure the accuracy of the production.
2. Expert workers to assure the product quality.
3. Professional quality control personnel to inspect constantly during production.
4. All the finished product will be spot checked before packing and shipping.

How to make an inquiry?

How to request sample merchandise?
1.After confirming your desired product, you can request samples. We invite you to check the quality.
2.If you want a standard (unlabeled, unmarked) sample, we will send at no cost to you, save for shipping. After confirming your order, the sample’s freight cost will be deducted from your total cost.
3.If you need to change product size or any others specifications, email us details of those changes (preferably in pictures). We can renegotiate cost.
Could you do the design for me?
That is our goal! We would like to design according to your ideas and information. Small changes can be made for free. However, large design changes will incur an extra fee.
What is the usual shipping time?
The shipping time is usually 3 to 5 working days by express or air, and 15 to 30 days by sea.
What are the payment terms?
We accept T/T(PayPal for small orders, Company account for regular orders), L/C at sight.
For established customers, we can discuss the L/C (extension of credit time) or DP payment, or other payment terms.
What if there is problem with the products after receiving?
We take pictures for you before shipping confirmation. If you note any production deficiencies, please send us notice (product pictures by email). We will correct what is not suitable or make other compensation.
