Delivery and Payment:
1). If small order, we suggest you to deliver by courier (DHL/UPS/EMS/TNT/FEDEX etc. )
2). If substantial order, we advise you to use Air or Sea shipping, you could arrange the shipment by yourself or we arrange it for you, depend on the quote terms (FOB, CIF, CNF etc. )
3). Delivery time: According to your order QTY.15-35 days after the deposit.
4). For the payment, we accept T/T , W. U.--- At least 30% deposit and balance before shipment.

2. What certificate are your products passed?

3. What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
--The material.
--The printing colors.
--The size of the products.(Length x Width x Height).
--If it is possible, please also provide with picture or design for checking, samples will be best for clarifying.
4. When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
--PDF, CDR, AI, PSD welcome.
5. How many days will samples be finished? and how about the mass production?
--Generally, 4-7days for sample making.
--The delivery time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art, etc
For example, 2000pcs kids wallet we need 15-20 days to make.
