FAQ's
1: What kind of products do you manufacture ? The high , the middle or the low end ?
First :our products quality is high level ,but its price is middle level.
Second:We have manufactured garments for many years,our workers are all adept.
2:What kind of garments can you provide ?
We do knitted as well as woven fabrics.
For the size ,we can provide different size .usually, as per our customer’s size and design. The need of everyone is different .
For the color , we can make any color as per your pantone number ,base on the qty.
For the material, there is high, middle and low quality. Certainly, according to customer’s requirement, if the qantity is less, we advise to use high quality, it’s better for image of your company
For the printing, we can use silkscreen, heat transfer and else. If you offer us the design, we can give best advice.
3:Can your company provide the OEM ?
Yes, of course .Send us the technical specification sheets or the design chart or just the sketch and we shall develop your design. We also welcome you to visit our factory.
4. What compliances does the factory hold ?
We are BSCI, INDITEX AND ETI-SEDEX compliant.
5:What's the minimum qty you can accept?
We can accept as minimum as 500pcs.
6.Packing:
We use export carton as per buyer's specification or the best sizes to get the freight prices.
7. What are your payment terms ?
30% advance and balance 70% before we dispatch the shipment or against B/L. Western Union, Pay Pal.
Shipment:
1: Worldwide shipping will be okay
2: Our shipment time is 35-45days ,but the accurate time are based on your quantity and requirements of the item.
3: We can delivery by sea ,by air ,both are okay
4: FOB, CRF,CIF all will be accepted in our company
5: Before delivery ,every piece will be inspected by our factory Q.C, and do best to ensure that everything is in good condition before shipment .
