IDEA/EMPIRE inflatable overview
Our inflatable tents are made of PVC tarpaulin 420D, it is water proof, fire retardant and lead free, have good tenacity. Superadding the meticulous workmanship to our inflatables, such as double stitching everywhere, quartic stitching in all stress parts. All of these make our inflatable tens have a high quality, they are commercial usage high grade and have 3 years assurance of normal usage.

Quality Control during production:
1.Double stitching everywhere
All seams are double stitched (triple to quartic stitched in sensitive parts) and reinforcement strips stitched on all mattress seams.
2. Professional machine
We use high quality professional inflatable sewing machines, which special in sewing 18oz Vinyl. At the same time, we use 12 lines high strength nylon thread to construct each inflatable product.
3. Durable zippers
We make strong zipper at bottom of each inflatable. Zippers can help you deflate the inflatable more quickly. Above the zipper, there is a zipper cover, which is help to disperse the zipper's stress.
4. Reinforced strips at joint
Empireinflatable will make reinforcestrips at the bottom to joint each corner just as the picture as below. So when the kids bounce on the games, you do not need to worry about the safety at all.
5. D rings for fixation
Each product will have thick D rings or circle rings to fix the inflatable. It makes the inflatable steady enough.
6. Security
Safe and convenient air flap & durable zippers, high quality small hole netting and entrance security design for safety protection when play fun.
7. Packing
Strong packing bag and export standard carton for transport, to protect the products during transport.
Photos mark are put on the package for each inflatable, easy to identify.
