1. Our products, we own the molds.
We can do the manufacturing immediately after all we agreed.
2. We don't have the products. (Customized products)
You share your ideas/designs to us, then our master will make his suggestions according to your ideas/designs. Then we confirm the best way to make the products, we start to make a sample product after you agreed. Our representative will send you photos of every step of making the sample. If there need a modify, you can let us know. We won't go next step before getting your confirm. Final the sample finished, we will send you photos&video for your confirmation. It's up to you if you need us to send you the sample or just photos/video or you will come to check before mass produce. : )
3. Mass Poducing:
Since everything goes well you placed the order and we start to produce, we will send you photos of the progress. And after everything is ready, we confirmed how to ship, we will send them to your appointed destination.
4. Aftersale:
When you get the shipment, please check if there any broken and notice us with photos, we will be responsible for resonable requests.
