1, Q: What is your best price for this mini polar bear ?
A; Usually for price, it is based on specific designs and purchasing quantities, rough quotation will be estimated from picture, and we will have exact price after sample making.
2, Q; Can you make my own design ?
A; Yes ! We have not just our designer team for new designs development each month, but also accept customization of clients' own design.
3, Q: How long is your sample time and mass production time ?
A: Sample time usually is 7days after sample fee received, sample fee is 80USD/design and it is refundable once quantity reaches 3000pcs, Mass production time is 30-40days after receiving 30% deposit.
4, Q: What is your payment terms ?
A; Our payment terms is T/T 30% deposit before production, 70% balance should be paid before delivery.
5, Q: What is your terms of delivery ?
A: EXW or FOB is available for us.
